Privacy Notice Under Gramm Leach Bliley Act

The federal Gramm Leach Bliley Act seeks to protect the privacy of individuals receiving financial services. The Act defines "financial services" broadly and requires a provider of those services to give a statement of its privacy policy to individual clients and customers.

National Legal Debt Centers, Inc. holds all information obtained from its clients in strict confidence, and uses that information only to carry out our responsibilities to clients, such as keeping proper records of clients accounts and related matters.

We will disclose information only when we believe it is necessary for carrying out these responsibilities or as required by law. Otherwise, we will not disclose information without an client's consent. We will not disclose personal information to nonaffiliated third parties.
